Overview
Bullet Resilience is a Tier 3 Vitality item that provides substantial bullet resistance, with an additional boost when the user’s health drops below 50%. It is a core defensive choice for frontline heroes facing heavy weapon-based damage.
Stats
- Cost: 3200 Souls
- Tier: 3 (Vitality)
- +30% Bullet Resist
Passive
When below 50% health, gain additional Bullet Resist.
- Health Threshold: 50%
- Bullet Resist Below Threshold: +15%
EHP Analysis (Feb 2026 patch)
The threshold was raised to 50% and the bonus resist reduced to 15%.
Assuming 1000 HP:
- 100% → 50% HP (500 HP of damage): 30% resist → need 500 / 0.7 = 714.3 damage
- 50% → 0% HP (500 HP of damage): 45% resist (30% + 15%) → need 500 / 0.55 = 909.1 damage
- Total EHP: 1623.4
The higher threshold (50%) means the bonus kicks in sooner but the lower resist value (15%) means less survivability once below threshold.
When to Buy
- Purchase this item when the enemy team has high-DPS bullet carries such as Haze or Wraith.
- Ideal for tanks and brawlers who need to survive being focused during initiations.
- A strong mid-game choice to significantly increase effective health against physical attacks.
- Useful for heroes who naturally operate at lower health percentages or have high sustain.
Synergies
- Abrams: As a frontline tank who often takes significant damage, the extra resistance at low health helps him survive long enough for his passive healing and lifesteal to sustain him.
- Mo & Krill: Their dive-heavy playstyle often results in taking heavy fire, where the 50% health threshold bonus can provide the necessary durability to escape or finish a kill.
- Shiv: Benefits from the extra resistance while managing his health through damage deferral mechanics, allowing him to stay in the fight longer at lower HP.
